Pilates, Conditioning & Personal Training Classes
We offer private classes where we combine conventional Matt Pilates exercises with Body Conditioning exercises to help you get the best out of your workout. All group classes are 60min and precented in a fun, enjoyable manner.
Different equipment are used in each class and exercises are varied from class to class so that you never get bored and your body keeps on improving. We cater for beginners to advanced fitness levels in each class, so nobody feels left out.
If you are new to Pilates we recommend that you book a few private sessions first in order for you to be introduced correctly to the Pilates Principles and Techniques before you join a group class.

Pilates strengthens the right muscles,
helping to promote good posture, supporting you through the changes that your body undertakes during pregnancy.
Pilates not only strengthens your back, pelvic and abdominal muscles – which help with labour and delivery – but it also helps to improve balance and flexibility. The breathing component used in Pilates can aid relaxation and help in the management of Labour Pain
This class is an hour long session combing the use of the exercise ball to take you through a sequence of exercises which will help loosen tired achy bodies while at the same time working to physically improve and strengthen the stabilising muscles of the abdomen and pelvis. Although the movements can be challenging, they won’t put strain on your body or baby.
You do not need to have any experience with Pilates to attend this class

Kids Pilates Classes

Because Pilates is a mind and body discipline, it can guide kids to a stronger body, and a more relaxed state of mind. Working to strengthen their bodies can increase children's selfesteem, stamina, abdominal strength and sleep. That, combined with the focused breathing techniques essential to the exercises, can help kids attain a much more serene and less stressful outlook.
Pilates can help establish correct principles of movement that children will use for their entire lives. Through the mastering of Pilates concepts and exercises, your child can fulfill his daily physical activity requirements while improving posture and flexibility. All kids classes are taught in a fun way.
